Criminal Law
Criminal law (also know as penal law) is the body of statutory and common law that deals with crime and the legal punishment of criminal offenses. Criminal charges can range from misdemeanor to felony.

Family Law
Family law is the body of law that deals with family-related issues and domestic relations such as marriage, divorce, child custody/visitation, property, maintenance, child support compensation, and adoption.

Personal Injury
Personal injury involves civil law cases where compensation is sought for a physical or psychological injury received by the plaintiff. Physical injuries can be caused at work, through vehicle/motorcycle accidents, or as a result of an unsafe product.

Psychological personal injuries usually are caused by psychological trauma related to life threatening and/or disfiguring physical injuries or as a result of witnessing trauma in others or following personal escape from serious injury following a traumatic event.

Real Estate
Real estate law includes a wide variety of legal issues relating to acquiring, financing, developing, managing, constructing, leasing, and selling commercial and residential real property of all kinds.

Estate Planning
Estate Planning is more than just a simple Will.
