Our Staff

Judy

Judy has been employed by the firm since before Capps & Ripple were partners, having started with Dick Ripple in March 1961. She is married, has two grown daughters, four grandsons, and one granddaughter. Her hobbies include golf in the summer and trying to learn to play bridge in the winter!

Judy started out as a secretary to Dick Ripple and was the bookkeeper for more than 40 years. When Dick Ripple left the firm to become a Judge, she learned the real estate part and now does all the real estate transactions, including researching titles at the courthouse.

Joleen

Joleen has been employed at the firm for 22 years and is the secretary for Rodney Clark. She and her husband, Gary, have three children.

Cindy

Cindy has been employed by the firm since Dec. 2001.  She had previously held a position with the Hancock County Circuit Clerk’s Office. Cindy is married to Tim and they have three daughters, Heather, Hillary and Haleigh. They are the proud grandparents of one adorable grandson, Robbie.

She is our resident St. Louis Cardinals fan, Hamilton Cardinal fan, and West Hancock Titan fan. Every office needs a little controversy. Cindy is the firm’s receptionist and William Rasmussen’s secretary.

Lacy

Lacy is employed as our bookkeeper and Mr. Ancelet’s secretary. 

Rita

Rita has been with the firm since July 1999 and is the annual tax preparer. She and her husband, Tom, are the parents of two sons, and one grandson, Cameron. Rita’s hobbies include traveling, playing golf and bridge and spending time with her family.

Renee Lee

Renee began her employment with the firm in June 2007. She is a 2006 graduate of Carl Sandburg College in Carthage, with an Associates Degree in Administrative Office Management.

Renee is married to Jerome Lee of Hamilton. The couple has two children, Shannon and James. Renee is employed as our bookkeeper and Mr. Ancelet’s secretary.
